Rocking My Glam with Adam Lambert

So, how did I end up seeing Adam Lambert twice this summer? First, I bought a ticket for my happy birthday in September. THEN, I discovered he was coming to Seattle at the Showbox in July, and my daughter would be in town and could go as well. I had to buy tickets for that show, too, right?

Here we are all spiffy for the first concert.

Standing room only, it was fantastic, close, and cozy.

Last night was the big production at the Puyallup Fair grounds. It was the final show in the US before Adam leaves the country to tour internationally. Very glam, glam, glam!

The sound was awesome, and the dancers as amazing as before. I only missed my Brain Twin who had hoped to go with me. But alas, Georgia couldn't make it. Maybe next concert!

This has been a summer of music. I'll do a wrap up next!

While I listen to my Adam cd of course. *ding*

Here's my visual interpretation of my novel On Pointe. I really like the little blood speckles. Yep.

I heart Robert McKee!

Do you know STORY? Oh, my! You must, must, must read Robert McKee's work.

I've dissected, tabbed, underlined, taped, boiled down, and reviewed this classic screenwriting text. And I'm still learning. Novelists, take my advice and buy your own copy now!

Now, back to page one...

Photo Friday: Inspired by Time

Lorie Ann Grover, 2010

This was my first Polyvore image I created. I arranged it for Little Willow, Alice in Wonderland fan and friend.

And one more note. It was my daughter Ellen who pointed me to Polyvore. Thank you, Ellen!
