Vision Boarding Step-by-step

So, you get a great group of people together...

Eric, Emily, and Ellen

and make a huge mess by cutting up piles of magazines.

On a piece of poster board or cardboard or canvas, glue down those pieces that appeal to you in some way. Don't worry about the composition, but go with what feels right and natural.

You'll be surprised when you end up with an awesome vision board that reflects who you are right now:

or your hopes for the new year.

Try it out! Visualize through words and images and surprise yourself.

Wonderful!!It works!! I absolutely Believe in Vision Boards especially if it was in a movie with powerful affirmations. I use the affirmation "I have 1 million Happy Customers Right Now" on mine. Happy New Year and many Blessings.

Hi Lori,

I found you through Maya's blog.

3 of my friends and I do a vision board each year in January. This year will be our 8th one!

It's truly been amazing what's on our board in comparison to what's happened in our lives.

One writer put a small map of an area in Massachusetts on her map, and strangely enough, her first book was accepted for publication that year and it was the exact area of the publisher's office!

We look forward to this each year. We all bring food and it seems to last from about 5 p.m. to midnight every year though we've tried to start earlier, it just doesn't seem to make a difference.

The whole process is very meditative.

Anyway, I wrote a book for my first post on your blog, but I'm very inspired by these.

best,
Kelli
